They found that because Lavender interacts with the Neurotransmitter GABA to help quieten the brain and nervous system activity it therefore reduced agitation, anger, aggression and restlessness. The team found that Silexan had anti anxiety reducing effects on patients with generalised anxiety within 2 weeks.
